The United Nations has declared 2016 to be the International Year of Pulses, and to celebrate, FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management and the American Pulse Association present Pulse Innovation Miami, a one-day symposium raising awareness and celebrating the role of dried beans, chickpeas, lentils and other pulses in feeding the world.
